Autumn's Hair Haven at 201 West 2nd Street, Berwick, Pennsylvania.

I went to Autumns Hair Haven on 5/3/2016 on recommendation of a co-worker. Upon entering the salon on the top of my head I had about 3 inches of curly hair which I loved, and unkempt sides. I wanted my sides faded up, a hard part, and the top left alone but she seemed like she thought itd be a good idea to take some off the top so I said okay, maybe about half an inch. She finished cutting my hair and asked if it was okay, and hastily without really feeling through my hair because she had already styled and put product in it I said that it was okay. I drove home and took at shower then went to style it myself and was incredibly disappointed when I saw it. The front of my hair was literally an inch in length, but the rear was still like 3 inches long like when I came in, and like it was supposed to be. She cut almost all of my hair in the front leaving the back long which is how the whole top should have been, like I asked for. Then after examining the side part, she started right in the middle with her tool then stopped because there was a problem, grabbed another tool said "Maybe this one will work" and started to work on my hard part again. When I saw it in the mirror at home, and felt it, she started in the middle of my head and just made a small line that didn't even continue to the front of my head, I actually had to have my room mate fix that with clippers. So unhappily I call the salon complaining about my problem and she accused me of trying to just get my haircut for free, which was very insulting to me, considering I even left a decent tip. Upon calling, all I wanted was my next hair cut for free just to fix what she ruined, however the lack of professionalism in the salon led me to this poor review and I do not recommend Autumn's Hair Haven.
